All Church Camp

It is time for Church Camp at Black Lake Bible Camp in Olympia August 8-10, 2008.  Camp is a great time to get away with other families and friends from the Neighborhood Church and connect with each other and with God.  Black Lake Bible Camp has tent, trailer, dorm and family housing opportunities.  Come and join with our whole church family at this annual gathering.
 
 
Registration
Sign up in the lobby on Sunday mornings before or after the Connection Worship Service.  Prices vary based on accommodations, so you can find a price that fits your budget.  All events, housing and meals are included in the price of camp. 
 
Prices This Year:
Prices do not include Friday dinner.  If you would like to have Friday dinner at camp, there is an extra cost of $TBA(ages 9 and up) and $TBA(ages 3-8)
 
Private Cabin w/bathroom = $TBA/person
Lakeside Lodge w/bathroom = $TBA/person
Shunem House w/shared bathroom = $TBA/person
Cedar Village Cabins = $TBA/person
Youth (if in separate lodging from parents) = $TBA/person
RV’s with septic = $TBA/person
Tents & RV’s without septic = $TBA/person
Kids, Ages 3-8 = $TBA/child
Kids, Ages 0-2 = Free
Day Visit = $TBA/person
Sunday Lunch (Includes Day Visit Fee) = $TBA/person
Note:  You must leave a deposit ($10) and sign up sheet to reserve a spot. Check out discounts for large families
 
Cedar Village
Cedar VilliageCedar Village is a cluster of rustic cabins grouped around a common bathroom/shower/laundry facility. Furniture is very basic with bunk beds provided for sleeping.

Capacity: 1-8 people per cabin
 
 
The Lakeside Lodge
Lakeside LodgeThis facility has intimate rooms, private baths, and a beautiful location. Set just off-shore from Black Lake, each room has two bunk-beds, and either a double bed or set of twins. Many rooms feature     picturesque views of the waterfront.

Shunem House
Shunem HouseThe Shunem House is  completely self-sufficient with kitchen, living area, 2 baths and 5 bedrooms.  It is popular with our families with small children.
    
Capacity: up to18 people (5 bedrooms)
 
 
 
Private Cabins
Private CabinsPrivate Cabins feature comfortable living quarters and private baths. Ideal for families or small groups.
 
Capacity: 2 to 11 people per cabin,  depending on cabin.
 
 
 
 
RV and Tent Sites
Camp SitesThere are 30 wooded RV and Tent Sites, all with full electrical hook-up, including 8 with full septic.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
What To Bring
Personal Items: Bible, notebook, pen, sleeping bag or bedding, pillow, towels, toiletries, camera, flashlight, umbrella, fishing equipment and license, lawn chairs, tennis racquet/balls, softball equipment, water toys, board games and snacks.
Snacks:  Please bring a snack to share with everyone for Saturday night.
Special Note: There will be regular offerings taken during the services.
Clothing Items: The dress code is casual for all events.  Weather pending, you should bring a warm coat or jacket, jeans, shorts, a swimsuit, tennis shoes, and comfortable walking shoes.  Remember to bring modest swimsuits and clothing appropriate for a Bible camp.
 
 
Directions to Black Lake Bible Camp
  • On south interstate 5, take Exit 102 in Tumwater (just south of Olympia)
  • Head west on Trosper Road (approx. 3 miles to the stop sign)
  • At the stop sign, turn left onto Black Lake-Belmore Road (approx. 1 mile to stop sign)
  • At stop sign, turn right and head west on 66th Ave. SW (approx. 1/4 mile to camp)
