Worship Pastor/Director
Bellevue Neighborhood Church is seeking a worship pastor (or director) to oversee all aspects of its
worship and music with Christ-honoring excellence and Holy Spirit-empowered excellence.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Develop worship teams to lead the congregation to praise God through worship music in Sunday services.
- Train musicians, singers, and worship leaders.
- Mentor interns and other students from Northwest University. (BNC is the closest Assemblies of God church to NU.)
- Schedule and coordinate worship song lists and personnel.
- Develop youth and young adult worship teams.
- Direct the multimedia team, including sound, lighting, projection, video, and online service hosting.
Qualifications
- Vibrant and sincere Christian faith and life.
- Worship leading experience.
- Accepts Assemblies of God doctrine and practices.
- The title of Worship Pastor will be reserved for candidates with ministry credentials, but others with worship leading and directing experience are encouraged to apply.
